ORANGEWOOD PARKING Instructions 2010
Parking is only needed from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00am. At 11:00amWe will park cars on the (East) front paved parking and gravel parking.
We will use the baseball field (West) lot for 10:45 a.m. Worship Overflow only.
Park cars against the warning track fence.
Only put cones around baseball infield if needed.
See Gene Helton or Steve Demarest if any vehicles are blocking access to the back lot or the grass field. The shoulder of the exit road parallel to Sandspur is also available if you need some additional room to park cars.
For ease of communication, please email me any changes (i.e. email, phone or address) at
smdemarest@cfl.rr.com, so that I have correct contact information for each of you.
REMINDERS:
1. Captains, please be sure to call your team members and remind them that it is your week(s) for
parking duty.
2. Please be sure and arrange for a substitute if you are unable to fulfill your obligations for either of
your two (2) Sundays.
3. REMEMBER, your teammates are depending on you to be there.
